About

Hello! My name is Lucy Paterson. I live and work in East Anglia as a trainee Process Oriented Psychotherapist (Process Worker)  and group facilitator. I am a student with Processwork Uk and I’m UKCP Registered. )

My Process Therapy Journey

My own journey has shown me the value of Process Work in supporting my personal challenges and the joy and surprises that come from exploring difficulties and struggles with a sense of curiosity and compassion. I discovered the joys of Process Work in 2017 and have been studying and practicing it ever since.

I have a background in conservation and art & design, working with people from all walks of life and facilitating a variety of groups both in nature and art. I welcome my skills and passion for the environment, art, poetry and storytelling into my therapy practice. I see great potential in utilising them for healing and growth.

A Diverse & Equitable Approach

I am Trauma informed and have a lived understanding of the challenges and marginalisation that comes with neurodiversity. I actively support anti-racism and anti-discrimination and bring systemic awareness to these central issues into my practise.
